It is vital to your health to engage in detox on a regular basis in order to reduce the amount of toxins and pollution in your body and to lessen the physical strain on your internal organs. 3. Eat Raw & Drink Living Juice
A diet of raw food contains fewer trans and saturated fats than a typical Western diet as well as lowering sodium and sugar and increasing levels of potassium, magnesium, fibre, Vitamin A and health promoting antioxidants. Following a raw food diet will result in increased energy, clearer skin, a boosted immune system and overall weight loss. The concept of living juice was first introduced by Dr Norman Walker (1874-1983) – he declared the enzymes in fruit & vegetables die at temperatures which exceed 50 degrees celsius – juice must be extracted properly in order to be readily and quickly assimilated by the human body and to produce rapid results. We can gradually guide you into a perfect exercise schedule to suit you with personal training sessions and group/one on one classes. The better you start to feel physically, the higher your ability to multi task and manage any situation you encounter.
