The 3 Day Retreat includes all of the treatments in our guiding principles for creating a healthier lifestyle. Additional treatments can be added to this core package depending on desired goals and outcomes. The package is designed for 3 days / 2 nights.
Fresh, cold pressed juices, sauna and gym use are included in the price. Gym use includes unlimited classes and full use of vibration machines. Fasting is optional and fresh, healthy food recommendations are made for those not wishing to fast.
