Ideally, leave some time to relax and rest a little after your colonic.

Soups and well cooked foods will be nourishing and easily digested, avoid eating raw vegetables or fatty foods, breads and pastas and carbonated drinks.

Any light headedness or tiredness will usually pass after a short while. Remember to drink plenty of water!

We recommend you continue the preparation diet and anticipate you will be inspired to do so now that you’re starting to experience the numerous health benefits! Refer to the preparation page for further details.

Your digestive system is your immune system…

You can help maintain a healthy digestive system with a daily supply of probiotics (good bacteria), and nutritional foods (superfoods). Pre-digested (or fermented) foods have a much higher ratio of probiotics and digestive enzymes than most other sources.
